We'll start by discussing the overall selling process, my marketing strategy, your ideal timeline for moving and what information is required to list.

I'll prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for your home, discussing recently sold, currently listed, and expired comparables in your area. We'll also do a walk-through of your home.

Once you’re comfortable with the pricing and marketing plan, we’ll move forward by signing the "Exclusive Seller Representation Agreement".

We’ll capture your property in its best light through high-quality media and measurements. These will be used to market the listing on MLS, my website, Realtor.ca, and social media platforms.

Once everything is ready, we’ll activate your listing on the MLS, install the FOR SALE sign, and launch your property on various platforms and syndicated real estate sites.

After going live, I’ll host an open house (optional) and coordinate with other Realtors® to arrange private showings.

Once we find an offer that works for you, we’ll accept it, and your home will officially be under contract.

If the Buyer has any conditions like financing or inspections, we’ll allow the necessary time (usually 5-10 business days) for them to be satisfied before finalizing the sale.

To make sure your home looks its best in photos and in person, we’ll make sure it’s staged and polished, both inside and outside. This may include tidying, decluttering and rearranging furniture.

We’ll go through all incoming offers and ensure you understand all terms and conditions so you can make the best decision. Once we find an offer that works for you, we’ll accept it, and your home will officially be conditionally sold.
